in a standard way. Modified all the Mahjong games to use this

Oops, I kind of broke the ctrlr support right before I did the final source. Here
http://www.aarongiles.com/ctrlrfix.diff
is a diff fix if you need it now. Note that this will cause the 0.85u1 diff to fail when you apply it, so keep a backup copy of inptport.c before applying.
