It's kind of a C64 game, but it will be available for Windows, Mac and Linux. And yes, there's also a plan to port it to C64 itself. The screens have some CRT monitor emulation, which is not really visible on youtube.

Over 60% of the game is finished now, and that took about 8 month. So I would say, there's a good chance that the game will be ready at the end of the year. (at least the PC version)

International Karate
Another game ported from the Atari ST. Works on ECS but needs a fast enough machine (like Super sprint does).

Rocket Smash EX - a new game in development for the C64 by RGCD's newest recruits John Christian Lψnningdal and Saul Cross. Played by James Monkman (Heavy Stylus).

A classic tale of man vs gravity. Help the hapless and accident-prone space pilot Commander 64 reassemble and refuel his rocket as he crashes time and time again on hostile alien worlds. Keep an eye on your oxygen level and grab all the loot you can before blasting off into the cosmos!

This video is an early beta build, and the gameplay is not 100% representative of the finished game.

The video shows the first 8 stages (two levels) from the 20 stage (five levels) story mode.

It's unashamedly oldschool fun - I've pretty much mastered it on the hardest difficulty setting, and still come back for more The homing-in aliens are particularly fun to fight.

EX stands for Extended - there will also be a limited 16KB version that John and Saul are hoping to enter in the next RGCD 16KB development compo

Τα πρώτα παιχνίδια που είδα σε computer (μέχρι τότε η έννοια computer περιορίζονταν μέσα στο παιδικό μου μυαλό στην αριθμομηχανή) ήταν Jetpac,Lunar Jetman και Chequered Flag σε Spectrum γομολάστιχα...που δεν πήρα ποτέ (μέχρι πριν από ένα μήνα )

Use joystick with two buttons or keyboard.
Almost every key can be changed in 'SET CONTROLS' menu.

Default keys:
Cursor Left - left
Cursor Right - right
Cursor Up - jump
Cursor Down - crouch
A - spell
S - fireball
P - pause (other key to unpause)

F10 - back to OS (this key cannot be changed)

Keys configuration will be stored in sk.cfg. Highscore is saved too.
Both files are written during exit to OS.

This version contains 24 levels, counted with one hidden level.

Requirments:
- Amiga with free 1.0 MB CHIP.
Is possible to run game with 0.5 MB CHIP and 0.5 other mem
but sound fx will be disabled.


Note: Game can be a bit slower on 68000.
